Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report provides a reference architecture about Context Computing, as a part of AITC's proposal, which enables us to extract expertise from unstructured social media in cooperation with human and machines. It is difficult for us to make decision from continuously updating social media in a situation about meteorological disaster. By not processing texts of content, but storing up the relation of contents as RDF, proposed architecture enables us to extract the suitable information for decision-making in a dynamic situation like disaster-prevention.
