| 抄録(和) | 本研究では顔の表情に着目し,日本人と中国人との間でアイロニー発話がされる際に顔のどの領域に注目して,その発話がアイロニーであるか否かを判断しているのかを解明するために心理実験を行なった.その結果,たとえ音声の韻律的特徴を与えられなくても,顔の表情から相手がアイロニー発話をしているかどうかを判断できることが明らかになった.さらに日本人は,主に口とその周辺および頬付近の動きから判断しようとするのに対して,中国人は眉と目の動きから判断しようとする傾向が強いことが明らかになった.つまり中国人留学生は,日本人とトラブルの無いコミュニケーションをしようとする際には,日本人と同じ口とその周辺および頬付近の動きに注目して,相手の発話の真意が字義的なものであるのかそうではないのかを適切に推定するスキルを習得する必要があることが,本実験の結果を通して示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | In this research, in order to observe the facial expressions, to verify when Japanese and Chinese speak irony, which parts of their face should be focused on, as well as to judge if they speak ironically or not, we performed some psychological expirements. The result of these experiments is even though there is no hint of irony in the voice, they could judge if others are speaking ironically or not just by observing the facial expressions. Moreover, while Japanese tend to judge by the movement of the mouth, near the mouth as well as cheek, Chinese have a strong tendency to judge by the movement of eyebrow and eyes. In brief, through the result of this research, it is suggested that when Chinese students want to communicate with Japanese without making trouble, they should build some skills to observe the movement of the mouth and near the mouth like Japanese as well as skills to decide when they should understand literally and when they should not. |
