Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes an un-uniform expansion reduction interaction. A senior user is confused in accessing Web sites of Internet. The reason of the confusion is a large cognitive memory load on the Web access. There are too many items which must be memorized in order to carry out the Web browsing on Internet site with much page transitions. This paper proposes the Web design method which reduces the memory load for senior users. Two or more Web pages connected by the hyperlink are spread by one information space. A user accesses information space with expanding or reducing the Web page. The range of fluctuation of expansion/reduction is not uniform. The title regarded as the landmark of information space is reduced in the range of maintaining readability. The availability of the design concept was implied by the empirical assessment using a prototype system.
