| 抄録(和) | 本稿では、まずこれまでの日本語教育において「日本語能力」というものが「知識」や「技能」として考えられてきた経緯をたどる。そして、そのような日本語能力観をもとにした日本語教育は、学習者における「母語話者主義」や「無批判的思考」を促進してしまうということを述べる。学習者が自ら考え、「自分の伝えたいことを他者に伝えられる」ようになるためには乱自己中心的ではない、他者の存在を考慮した「批判的思考力の育成」が必要であるとし、日本語教育においてどのように「批判的思考力の育成」が実践できるかを考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In this presentation, we first review how Japanese education focused on learning of knowledge and proficiency and how this view might lead to "native-speaker" idealization and "uncritical thinking." As an alternative, we go on to introduce views in which "language" is identified with "abilities" or "competencies" and argue that for learners to get their own thought across others, it is necessary for them to first develop "capacities for critical thinking" in which "others" are taken into consideration. At last part, we discuss how we can encourage critical thinking in Japanese language education. |
