Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper discusses experimental study of mesurement range in PIM mesurement of a detuned sample using Standing Wave Coaxial Tume Method. First, a quantitative evaluation method of PIM compensation and an evaluation values independented of input power is proposed. Next,an influence of dielectric layer is considered using proposed evaluation method and values. The result shows that the deviation of compensation values decreaces due to reduce influence of heating by low input power and equalize PIM level by adjusting a DUT length.
