Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed a new approach to reconstruct source activities of event-related desynchronization (ERD) based on a spatial filter with constraint by fMRI. To velify the approach, we simulated pseudo-MEG data generated from ERD sources in alpha band (8~13Hz) determined as fMRI clusters. We reconstructed the source activities by generalized least squares spatial filter with linear constraint and compared time series between simulated and reconstructed signals. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible for reconstruction of activities of ERD when measured data is properly separated into signal and noise components.
