| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, in Part I, we present a general augmentation technique referred to as K(V)Scheme for strengthening the various classes of PKC such as product-sum type PKC, code based PKC and multivariate PKC. In Part H, we present a new type of PKC, system-oriented PKC,referred to as K(I)SOPKC that can be well adapted to the various systems and organizations of the present day network society. |
