| 抄録(和) | 航空管制や機上監視の運用安全性評価や運用性能評価には,使用される監視システムの性能値が用いられる.このとき,監視システムが提供する監視情報の信頼性の指標として,Availability,Continuity,Integrityなどが必要となる場合があるが,10^<-7>など非常に低い確率値がIntegrityに求められる場合があり,その性能保証のための効率的な測定手法の確立が課題となっている.本文では,物標の検出測定段階における検出率や誤検出率などの性能指標を用いてIntegrityへの換算を試みる.航空用監視システムのトラック処理をマルコフモデルで表現しトラックファイルの状態遷移を表現する手法が確立されているため,これにベイズの手法を組み合わせて各状態にあることが正しい確率を求める.その結果を用いて,物標が存在するとする仮説の信頼性として,監視情報のIntegrityを求める手法を提案する.航空機衝突防止装置ACASや航空管制用二次監視レーダSSR等で用いられる判定方式を例に,手法の適用例を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | Values of performance parameters are used to evaluate operational performance and operational safety of air traffic control and airborne surveillance applications. It is required to establish a measurement method for statistical parameters which are representing the reliability of surveillance information, for example, availability, continuity and integrity, because direct measurement with trials for them is hard to finish in a practical time because they often have extreme values, for example, integrity may has 10^<-7> of probability. In this paper, a conversion method from detection probability and false detection probability at target detection process to integrity at surveillance system output is discussed. Bayesian method is applied to evaluate the probability of true information provision for each state in Markov model of tracking process of surveillance system. The authors propose to employ this result as the measured integrity of surveillance information output as the probability of that hypothesis of target existence is true. An example of tracking process which is often used for Airborne Collision Avoidance System or Secondary Surveillance Radar is examined with this method. |
