Development of a horn antenna for immunity testing

Abstract(in English) We have been developing a horn antenna which generates high electric fields for immunity testing of on-vehicle electronic devices. The device under test (DUT) is placed 1m from the antenna aperture and an antenna with high gain at the DUT is required. In this paper, we show simulation results that our newly developed pyramidal horn antenna with double taper angles achieves high gain.
