Abstract(in English) Now, we are working on developing a transfer system which is based on information of user's position and so on to find out the best route so that users can get transfer information easily. The information include now time,user's position and bus stop/station position.Further, this system also provide information of delay,the bus is full or empty.The situation is calculate by the position of the bus and the time table.The system will give the transfer information with result of the calculation and give the best choice when users open up the App.And more,the system considered the user's using history,so the user can get information with the least operation. For this purpose, the system will determine if the user is using the routine route or not.This paper describes the verification of accuracy and the algorithm of this transfer system which considering the delay information.This paper also talks about by accumulating data of user's history, how did we determine if the user is using the routine route or not and the verification of accuracy is worth to looking forward.
