Abstract(in English) Recording field analysis of magnetic recording head in thermally-assisted magnetic recording (TAMR). Static recording fields of simple, square recording head, split pole head and short head at air-bearing surface are analyzed by FEM solving Maxwell's equations (Maxwell-FEM). Finally, static recording fields of indented and rotated indented heads are analyzed by Maxwell-FEM and head field responses to the high-frequency recording currents are investigated by micromagnetic simulations. The media recording simulations are also performed targeting 8 Terabit per square inch.
