Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) is expected to provide a high accurate positioning service and allows two-way communication which includes terminal location and short messages. For realizing random access control scheme of the QZSS short message communication, we have proposed flag method and reservation channel (R-Ch) scheme. By applying the flag method to frame slotted ALOHA, optimal channel efficiency of random access condition can be achieved constantly. The R-Ch scheme improves an upper limit of channel efficiency. In this paper, necessary time of accommodating 3 million mobile terminals when using the flag method and R-Ch combination are shown.
