Abstract(in English) Cognitive Radio, which exploit any available frequency channel, meets the problem of rendezvous channel, where the problem of rendezvous channel is the mismatch of the accessed channel between transmitter and receiver. We have proposed the rendezvous channel based on the learning assisted channel occupancy rate (COR). In the proposed method, each terminal evaluates the usage rate of the channel by the other channel and then decides the channel number based on the estimated usage rate, where the usage rate of the channel is referred to as COR. Since the time of receiver's accessing to the low COR's channel becomes large, the transmitter can estimate the channel number of receiver's accessing. As a result, the high speed rendezvous channel is achieved. However, the optimal time of receiver's accessing to each channel for achieving the minimum time of rendezvous channel has not been clarified, yet. This paper proposes the construction of time of receiver's accessing to each channel for quasiminimizing the time of rendezvous channel.
