Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a design method of real-time pricing of electricity is proposed. First, the relation between the price and power consumption is modeled by a probabilistic discrete model, which is based on discrete-time Markov chains. Next, the pricing problem is formulated, and is reduced to a mixed integer linear programming problem.
