| 抄録(和) | 東京工業大学の修士の学生に回路シミュレータの基礎を教育する目的で、MatLabを使って回路シミュレータの開発を行った。回路シミュレータは、SPICE2G6、SPICE3F5を参考に、新たにMatLabの言語を使用して開発している。行列計算が1行で記述でき、東京工業大学のスーパーコンピュータTSUBAMEにも搭載されているという理由により、開発言語としてMatLabを選んだ。回路シミュレータの開発は、抵抗、容量、インダクタからなる線形回路から始まり、ダイオード、MOSFETからなる非線形回路の順に高度化し、最後に、汎用回路シミュレータの開発となっている。 |
| 抄録(英) | For the purpose of teaching the basics of circuit simulator to Masters students of the Tokyo Institute of Technology, we have developed a circuit simulator using MatLab. The circuit simulator, with reference to the SPICE2G6, SPICE3F5, it is developed using the language of a new MatLab. Reasons matrix calculation can be written in one line, that they are also equipped supercomputer TSUBAME of Tokyo Institute of Technology, has been selected as a development language MatLab. Starting from a linear circuit comprising resistors, capacitors, and inductors, and sophisticated in order of non-linear circuit comprising a diode, a MOSFET, and finally, the development of the circuit simulator is in a development of the general-purpose circuit simulator. |
