Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Researches of lifelog obtained at office area (so-called "office-lifelog") have attracted attention in recent years. The purpose of our research is to utilize office-lifelog for the troubleshooting of network or networked terminals. In the troubleshooting, since what kind of operation has been executed is important information, we have studied about detecting operation of the user terminal before a trouble. In this paper, we propose a method of classify their time-series packets data pattern according to operations of the user terminal by calculating traffic per network protocols from packets data captured at office network. The results of experiment show that the operations of accessing to PC peripherals, modifying network configuration, and booting a terminal are able to be classified.
