Data Extraction from Data Embedded Printed Image Using Embedding Markers for Image Correction

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new data embedding and extracting method from a printed image. The clipping of the target part from an image becomes unnecessary by using the translation invariant region of the target part for data embedding region. Therefore, we can embed the data to an arbitrary position in the image. In this paper, a new extraction method for the target pert is proposed to increase the detection rate of the embedded data. The proposed method can estimate the data embedded region by incremental search method. From the experimental results, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.
