Abstract(in English)	Life log has the big potential to create new value and heighten various efficiency. The use of big data advances with a kind of 'Buzzword', At present, there are many problems, too. The aspect of the legal system is often taken up as issues, however, there are some issues that should support as well as a legal system to be useful the life log in the business. In this paper, I recognize what kind of point as issues and touch it whether I should cope, for making advance use of life log in the business. Especially, I studied the correspondence as the company from the psychological mask of life log provider.
