Abstract(in English)	IT Outsourcing is common for the purpose of diversification, complexity or the cost cut of duties in many organizations. Outsourcing in the financial institution is common, has been widely used in the information system in particular, including the operational administration or the development of the system. Investigation of the differences in the perception of risk between financial institutions and system vendors has performed based on Annual Securities Reports. From this investigation, the risk recognition of the outsourcing in financial institutions has been poor. Establishment of appropriate management methods for IT outsource has become one of the most important tasks for enterprise.
