| 抄録(和) | 多くの組織では業務の多様化・複雑化やコストカットなどを理由に、業務の外部委託を行っている。金融機関においても業務の外部委託を行っており、特に情報システムにおいてはシステムの運営・開発なども合わせ、外部委託が幅広く利用されている。有価証券報告書にて、金融機関とシステムベンダのリスク認識の差異について調査した。この調査から、金融機関は外部委託に対するリスク認識が乏しい事がわかった。外部委託先に対して適切な管理方法を確立する事は、企業にとって重要な課題のひとつである。 |
| 抄録(英) | IT Outsourcing is common for the purpose of diversification, complexity or the cost cut of duties in many organizations. Outsourcing in the financial institution is common, has been widely used in the information system in particular, including the operational administration or the development of the system. Investigation of the differences in the perception of risk between financial institutions and system vendors has performed based on Annual Securities Reports. From this investigation, the risk recognition of the outsourcing in financial institutions has been poor. Establishment of appropriate management methods for IT outsource has become one of the most important tasks for enterprise. |
