Abstract(in English) Currently, Head-of-line blocking problem occurs because of the main use of the internet transmission protocol is TCP which transported by byte-stream. As one of the solutions to this problem, SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) which can provide data transfer function for each individual stream has been proposed and implemented. However, the performance evaluation tool that supports SCTP multi-stream feature is not spread, and evaluation of multi-stream function in SCTP implementation has not been conducted. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of performance evaluation tool of SCTP multi-stream function, and present performance evaluation results of the multi-stream function of SCTP which has been implemented on FreeBSD and Linux.
