Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a worldwide open project to collect and create free-access geographic data. Besides being worldwide and free, OSM has the advantege of being able to store arbitrary information such as tactile pavings and sound traffic signals which useful for blind people. Taking these advantages, we started to develop a tactile map automated createion system as a web application using geographic data of OSM. This paper describes the methods of using OSM data and tactile symbols used in our system.
