| 抄録(和) | 注意研究では,ミスディレクションという注意を誘導する技法が注目されている.ミスディレクションとは,マジシャンが手品をする際に用いる技法であり,観客の注意をマジックの種からそらすために用いられる.特に近年では,共同注意を利用して注意を誘導するソーシャルミスディレクションの影響力について議論が続いている.一方で,ソーシャルミスディレクションがどのように変化の検出に影響を及ぼすかは不明確なままである.本研究では,ミスディレクションの動画像と視線運動測定を用いて,変化検出時におけるソーシャルミスディレクションの影響力について検討した.実験結果から,変化を検出できなかった群は,ソーシャルミスディレクションの影響を強く受けることがわかった.ミスディレクションにおいて,変化検出を困難にさせる原因はソーシャルミスディレクションの影響であると考えられる. |
| 抄録(英) | Misdirection, as a technique of manipulating observers' attention used by magician, is now noticed to make clear spatial and temporal characteristics of perception and cognition in our daily life. Although recent research has shown that social misdirection, which is induced by using joint attention, can affect subjects' perception, the difference between tricked (failed to detect the magic tricks) and untricked (detected the magic tricks) groups is unclear. Here, to reveal how the social misdirection affects the tricked and untricked groups, we presented movie clips of 'cups and balls,' that is one of classic magic tricks, to participants and measured where they looked at using an eye tracker. Then, we found that more than half of all subjects could not detect the trick looked to magician's face more than untricked group who detected the magic tricks. The results may indicate that tricked people has difficulty in trying not to allocate attention to the face. We conclude that the cause of being tricked is due to social misdirection captured our attention. |
