| 抄録(和) | コンテンツの違いがタスク負荷後の生理・心理状態に及ぼす影響についての評価実験を行った.5分間の計算タスク負荷を課した後、種類の異なる2種類のTVコンテンツ視聴を行った.1つは動的コンテンツ(以下Stress (S))でもう一方は静的コンテンツ(以下Relax (R))であった.その結果,視聴後のCFFや視聴中における自律神経系のLH/HFで、コンテンツRとSの間に有意差が見出された.また、中枢神経系の脳波(α波率)や脳血液動態(NエRS)でも有意傾向が見られた.これらの結果は、TV視聴によるコンテンツの内容が、ストレス負荷からの回復に影響を及ぼすことを示唆していた. |
| 抄録(英) | We experimentally evaluated the effect of viewing content on physiological and psychological state after task workload. After performing calculation task load for five minutes, viewing test was conducted. Two kinds of content were used for the viewing test. One was dynamic content (rapid moving content; Stress(S)). The other content was static content (slow moving content; Relax(R)). There were significant differences observed between CFF after viewing test for content R and that for content S, and between low frequency/high frequency ratio (LF/HF), representing sympathetic nervous system activities, during viewing test for content R and that for content S. Moreover, there were tendency observed between brain wave (a wave rate) or near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), representing central nervous system activities, for content R and those for content S. Our results indicated that the type of content for viewing test have an influence on the recovery from stress load. |
