Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We experimentally evaluated the effect of viewing content on physiological and psychological state after task workload. After performing calculation task load for five minutes, viewing test was conducted. Two kinds of content were used for the viewing test. One was dynamic content (rapid moving content; Stress(S)). The other content was static content (slow moving content; Relax(R)). There were significant differences observed between CFF after viewing test for content R and that for content S, and between low frequency/high frequency ratio (LF/HF), representing sympathetic nervous system activities, during viewing test for content R and that for content S. Moreover, there were tendency observed between brain wave (a wave rate) or near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), representing central nervous system activities, for content R and those for content S. Our results indicated that the type of content for viewing test have an influence on the recovery from stress load. |
