Abstract(in English) In this study, we fabricated a multi-junction nitride based solar cells using tunnel junction. The sample was grown on C-plane sapphire substrate with low temperature buffer layer by MOVPE. Because green and blue emission was observed at operated LED mode, current injection has been achieved by the tunnel junction. We also confirmed the improvement of the open-circuit voltage at operated the solar cell mode by series connection.
