Abstract(in English) Software requirements are changed by various factors. Social factors can be those factors, since the decision of people and organizations is affected by social factors. Our purpose is to propose a framework to predict requirements changes by focusing on the social factors. In this paper, we present our method and evaluate its effectiveness through a simulation of requirements changes.
