| Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this paper is add some new evidence for the embodied aspects of sound symbolism. We conducted two experiments to evaluate the compatibility between voiced/voiceless consonants and strength or speed of motion using stimulus-response compatibility task. As results, voiced consonants were correspondent to the strong push and large motion, on the other side, voiceless consonants were correspondent to the weak push and small motion. |
