Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated organic transistors and integrated circuits on the ultra-flexible 1.4μm substrate. The fabricated transistors with AlO_x and self-assembled monolayer gate dielectrics can be operated below 5 V. The transistors characteristics doen't be changed by bending test with bending radii less than 10 μm. Furthermore, we succeed to fabricate organic Pseudo-CMOS inverter and amplifier circuits using these organic transistors.
