Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since relatively high temperature process is necessary in conventional dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) fabrication, it is an important issue to lowering process temperature in fabricating DSC on a flexible plastic film. In this study, we fabricate AZO (Al-doped ZnO) photoanode on substrate with pattern layer and barnacle shape AZO rods are formed by low temperature process. This AZO rod shape is suitable for high efficiency DSC.
