Abstract(in English) We propose a method of problem-posing for improving student's problem solving ability in programming, and develop a system for assisting to operate the method. In the proposed method, students pose problems by modifying examples provided by the teacher, and they evaluate problems posed by peer on the basis of the diversity. As a resut of introducing the proposed method and the system into a programming class, student's problem solving ability was improved, and the result suggets the effect of the proposed method.
