Abstract(in English) Various conditions and combinations are performed in the analysis and search of educational data. A suitable interactive interface for information search can be included. In this regard, system developer incorporates available combinations of search criteria items. The problem occurs due to the remediation from the large amount of information must be modified at the system development time. To address this problem in Web Information Retrieval we have developed a new Web Information Retrieval Interface to satisfy 'flexibility of choice' and 'flexibility of revise'. The SQL statements used in search interface automatically generates the control information which is written to a file in XML format. However, a manual creation of XML file is required; this creates not only extra time but also might risks in errors like omissions of information during data input. In this paper, we propose a method for creating XML file and to reduce time during data input and errors during file creation.
