Abstract(in English) By considering the varied leaning needs, teachers have have developed personalized instruction for freshman in the university. For the present problem, creative teaching materials and lessons has introduced. From 2013, we have started the new lesson style for individualized instruction by team teaching in programming lessons for freshman in Department of Computer and Information Engineering of Nippon Institute of Technology. This research presents the ongoing new approaches to individualized instruction in programming lessons and describes the issues which arise in implementing their support functions in learning management system.
