Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Since the gene transfection with LIESW is categorized as a physical method, we have thought that transfection can be applied to any kind of cells. We therefore, have developed a method of the gene transfection with LIESW, and have investigated to perform gene transfections into adhesion cells. In this study, we applied this method to suspension cells and compared the performance of the tranfection between the two types of the cells.
