Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Server virtualization and network virtualization are applied to various systems these days. From the viewpoint of maintenance and operation of systems and networks, those virtualized environment has the advantage of the efficiency of the management processes, such as the simplification of installation of servers and networks by the logical software operation which traditionally has been conducted physically. On the other hand, it has novel challenges such as the relationship management of the physical resources and the virtualized resources. Therefore, we consider that we need the common model of virtualized environment independent of the individual virtualization techniques when we develop the Operation Support System (OSS) that manages the virtualized environment. In this paper, we discuss the modeling method for network virtualization with ITU-T recommendation for current virtualized networks over various transport networks.
