Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We re-define an address, which is location information in the Internet, as a locator, and propose a HANA protocol, which hierarchically and automatically allocates and assigns locators to network equipments. From the Internet core to stub networks, HANA can reduce manual configurations of network equipments related to locators as possible, and then can reduce network management costs. Even if a stub autonomous system (AS) is multihomed to multiple network service providers (NSPs) or changes its subscribing NSP to another, manual re-configurations related to locators are not required. We design and implement a management and visualization system based on shared information/data (SID) model with considering the hierarchical structure of HANA. We focus on inclusion relationship of the HANA hierarchical structure, and propose a model in which a new logical node is created from other logical nodes. The implantation based on the proposed model makes construction, management, and visualization of a HANA network more facilitate.
