| Abstract(in English) | It is considered that medical information is personal information. There is an idea that a medical institution should show that there is no unjust access to information. In addition, there is a need that the patients are able to make sure of the access status, such as who and when saw their medical information. We developed the support functions for checking the access status of medical information to non-operators. It offers the following functions, (1) Automatic matching with one user ID and another user ID, (2) A patient checks access status, (3) A medical institution uses as an internal audit. |
