Delay Guarantee Method using Rateless Code for High Lossy Networks

Abstract(in English) Computer bus protocol over Ethernet technologies have been expected an effective way to support CPU-I/O communications. To extend coverage of these technologies, it is important to apply wireless network for computer bus protocol over Ethernet systems. However, wireless Ethernet communication cannot guarantee latency requirement of computer bus protocol because wireless network is high lossy links and long network latency. In this paper, we design queuing model for Ethernet to analysis packet latency and we propose the new Ethernet transport method using Rateless Code. The proposed method can improve the packet latency and guarantee latency requirement of computer bus protocol.
