| 抄録(和) | ビックカメラは、2007年の第1回製品安全対策優良企業表彰にて、製品リコールの際、お客様の個人情報に配慮しながら、ビックカメラからDMを発送していたことを評価頂き金賞を受賞しました。表彰以降、製品安全文化の裾野を広げ、根付かせることに焦点をあて、本部主導から社員一人一人が、また、全てのお取引先が、意識をもって具体的に製品安全に取り組んで頂けるか、また、お客様からのご意見をどのように汲み取り社内にそしてお取引先の企業活動に反映して頂けるか、そして製品安全に取り組む専門機関との協働に具体的にどのように取り組むかなどに取り組んで参りました。 |
| 抄録(英) | Bic Camera has won a gold medal at the first Product Safety Measures Excellent Company Awards in 2007. Bic Camera has received evaluation that new product recalls, while attention to your personal information, it was sending a Direct Mail from Bic Camera. Later, we focus on that to broaden the horizons of product safety culture, to take root, Bic Camera has been working. That is, also, one person one person employees from headquarters-led, suppliers of all, also, or able to working on product safety specifically with a consciousness, in-house and suppliers how elicit the customer feedback How is such as whether work specifically in cooperation with specialized agencies to address product safety and, whether you would be reflected in corporate activities. |
