Abstract(in English) Recently, the S-parameter method using a vector network analyzer and a measurement jig instead of a balun has been proposed whereby the differential input impedance of a balanced fed antenna can be found. Because the balun is not used, it is possible to measure impedance over a wide bandwidth. However, when measured frequency rises, it is known that measurement accuracy decreases because the influence of the jig cannot be disregarded for the measurement. To remove the influence of the jig from measurements of S-parameter method, we are examining the open-correction etc. that use the ABCD-matrix. In this report, for the purpose of improving measurement accuracy further, the modified open-correction that considers the impedance of the open-end of the jig is examined. As a result of examining the input impedance of a dipole antenna using FDTD method, it has been understood that the accuracy of the modified open-correction is better than that of the conventional open-correction.
