Abstract(in English) | We are developing rectifier which have high RF-DC conversion efficiency in 60 GHz-band .We applied class-F load to 60 GHz-band rectifier. And we improved a length of the transmission line between the anode terminal and the through hole to decrease propagation loss and increase RF-DC conversion efficiency. |
