Abstract(in English) We have developed the Superconducting Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors (MKID) for the purpose of observation Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. MKID consisting of many microwave resonators and readout feedline. MKID can readout 1000 detector signal with one line. Large-scale array easy. It is easy to make MKID. In this paper, we report on the progress of research and development of the detector we proceed.
