Design and Evaluate of Duplexers using Superconducting CQ Filters

Abstract(in English) We designed and evaluated of a HTS duplexer consisting two CQ filters on a 10mm×10mm size substrate. The G-spiral-hairpin resonator with unloaded Q of 98000 in an electromagnetic field simulation was designed. And the bandpass filters were designed using CQ structure. The duplexer which connected two bandpass filters was prepared using a high temperature superconductor YBCO thin film. The bandpass filters were designed having a transmission zero of one pair near the passband. From the measurement of the frequency response the duplexer had isolation of 35 dB. We were successful the fabrication of compact duplexer using YBCO.
