Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Propagating microwave in electrolyte solution such as salt water attenuates roughly. This electrical loss is caused by a summation of the conductive-loss and the dielectric-loss. The actual measurement loss is separated to two theoretical formulae, and conductivity σ and permittivity ε are estimated. Then we consider the correlation between the frequency dependence of the electromagnetic loss and motion of the ions and solvents.
