Abstract(in English) A high-safety facilities system on railway signalling system concerned by a safe related system, the initial investment is expensive, but it decreases the accident loss and is a rather economical in an evaluation of LCC. This study has focused on an evaluating LCC by considering railway traffic density and real operation data such as the number of facilities trouble and the accident.
