Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose an equivalent circuit modeling technique of a multilayered power distribution network based on a conformal mesh scheme. In addition, it is shown that a block-type leapfrog scheme can analyze the derived circuit efficiently. By using the conformal mesh scheme, we can obtain the equivalent circuit model, of which the accuracy is comparable to that of an existing one, with fewer circuit elements. Furthermore, because the circuit structure is suitable for the block-type leapfrog scheme, we can perform the fast simulation compared with a conventional SPICE-like simulator.
