Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes a method to detect faults in cardio-pulmonary bypass used in heart operations by analyzing multiple time series patters of sensed values. While ordinary method detects faults only from perfused blood volume, our new method does also from blood pressures and it allows us to detect more faults. We also describes an intelligent alarm system that we are developing based on the proposed method.
