Design of Nursing-care Service based on Service Process Visualization

Abstract(in English) Employees such as care workers and nurses who collaboratively provide nursing-care services hope to improve service quality and productivity. However, engineering methods to design nursing-care service process have not been developed. In this paper, we proposed task classification for nursing-care service and description and visualization of nursing-care service process. The proposed methods were applied to actual service field to clarify the nursing-care service process. Then, we developed and introduced a handover support system "DANCE" and a communication support system.
