Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The assessment system using people's expression is beginning to be proposed. We have research on the image assessment using the facial electromyogram as the first step of each QoE improvement systems configuration We conduct the experiment which measures change of facial muscles by the consciousness of coding degradation. In the experiment, when the image quality of a picture changed, the increase in line activity was observed in the muscles around eyes. It was shown that change of image quality can be presumed from line activity. Throughout the experiment to be measured by changing the quality and content of the image, We investigated the changes in the facial muscles of the left and right sides of the case you have to watch the image content impressive. We performed that examination which facial electromyogram can apply to image assessment.
