Abstract(in English) We have verified the effectiveness of cooking rehabilitation through ADL cognitive rehabilitation experiments for self-reliance of cognitive disabled patients. This paper proposes a cooking task state recognition method which is needed for evaluating their performance and attention ability during cooking. This proposed method can make their performance and attention quantify from state transitions of their cooking actions, utensils, and ingredients.
